Mint Chocolate Chip is my middle daughter's favorite ice cream. When we were working on a new flavor, she suggested this one because "everyone likes it".  Who am I to argue?  Plus, she's correct!  Rich, dark chocolate combines with cool peppermint to create the ultimate soap.  We even added a little ground coffee for the "chips".  It's a summer-time limited edition.
